I take a multi-dimensional approach to patient care, which I have found to benefit my patients best. Aside from acute and or chronic pain management, I also encourage my patients to take preventive measures in order to prevent injuries or re-injuries and to work towards achieving good health. I believe in leading by example, hence I practice what I preach in regards to leading an active, healthy lifestyle. I enjoy eating healthy, practicing yoga and working out regularly, and spending time in the great outdoors hiking, kayaking, cycling, jogging and snowboarding.
